India and Pakistan will finally face each other in a World Cup ODI match in India since 2011.

The Narendra Modi stadium in Ahmedabad will host the India-Pakistan ODI World Cup match in 2023, as per Indian Express.

For safety reasons, most of Pakistan's matches will be held in Bengaluru and Chennai while Bangladesh's games will be in Kolkata and Guwahati.

The BCCI is expected to announce the full schedule of the World Cup after the Indian Premier League ends, with the first games starting on October 5.

India defeated Pakistan in the 2011 World Cup quarterfinal match played in Mohali, and again in the 2016 World Cup match in Kolkata.

The only time India lost to Pakistan in a World Cup match was during the 20-over World Cup held in Dubai.

The upcoming India-Pakistan ODI World Cup match is highly anticipated and will surely be a thrilling event for cricket fans worldwide.
